Turn around times:

Turn around times can vary during seasons. Regular season is up to 21 business days. May thru August please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery time. (see below for stock and delivery issues)

 

Returns:

There are NO returns on any monogrammed items. If you order the incorrect size we can exchange it for the correct size within 30 days of purchase, you must have your receipt and the items cannot be washed or worn. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started. If before production, a 25% restocking fee will apply and a store credit will be issued.

Vendor stock and shipping issues:

As we all know these past few years have had their challenges. Everything has been affected, including the shipping companies and vendor stock. Please be patient with us as these situations are out of our control, and we will do our best to get you an alternative item if it is available.
